Semantic access search: find any record by describing it

Until now, searching an access in GateGuard meant filtering by structured data: plate, model, color or vehicle type. Useful — but limited when what you remember about an access is how it looked, not what it was called.

With semantic search, you describe what you are looking for in your own words and the system finds it. Real examples:

• "Vehicle with a ladder on top"
• "Delivery van"
• "Person with tattoos on their arm"

How is that possible? Because GateGuard automatically captures images of every access — vehicle, driver and plate — and its built-in AI analyzes and describes each record. When you search naturally, the system compares your description against what it "saw" at each access and returns matching records in seconds. No manual tagging, no hand-made catalogs: search works from day one over the existing history.

Think of it from the gatehouse: an incident happened yesterday — a non-resident vehicle was circling around, or you need to verify who entered on a given day. The guard remembers visual details: a truck with a ladder, the delivery guy... but nobody caught the plate.

With traditional search, that access would be nearly impossible to find: no plate, no name, the record is lost among thousands. With semantic search, typing the description exactly as you remember it is the query. The system returns the matching accesses, with their full images for visual confirmation.
